Hello
One thing I have noticed is that apples do indeed help this condition. The other things that also help are keeping your stress level as low as possible, exercising daily and using "aquaphor" as a lotion.

Hey * admin * your routine is good, its hard to keep it always, but applying your routine has helped me a lot for sure. I think my eczema condition was probably more intense than yours but I can see how habits that produce inflamation dont help at all. Anyway I dont have so much time to answer but Thanks for asking anyway. If you realize something or find out more tips or information or better healing habits please let me know. All the best, miguel

Hi * admin *,
This is to let you know that i have received your mail.
I am suffering from chronic eczema. Earlier it used to be severe but now it has turned my hands into scaly, reddish leather like thing.
Please let me know if there exisits anything which can cure my eczema as all the doctors to whom I have consulted said that there is no cure for Pompholyx eczema.

Hi Diane,
my eczema was a lot different. You obviously have a skin fungus problem. What did your doctor say on the fact that the anti-fungal creams didn't work for you? Since as you said you tried out all the things that should help, in you case, I'd really started to looking in the to the fasting method. It basically resets and repairs your whole body. And I would soak the feet in a ACV diluted water as much as possible.

Hi Frankie,
although it might be true, only a small percentage of eczema is caused by allergies to nickel. It looks like most of the eczema types are cause by a combination of a fungi on the skin and then it gets better or worse depending on what you eat. I heard people having success applying anti-fungal creams on the spots. Hope that helps.take care,

I had my tests done and we're waiting for all of the results I get them on Friday. The 2 that stood out today were nickel and cobalt. I also have braces for my teeth and that is where the nickel is coming from so I have to my braces off. I also had a bacterial infection on my eczema or allergic reaction whatever you wanna call it.

Hello,
I'm sorry to hear that. Maybe try this: It looks like most of the eczema types are cause by a combination of a fungi on the skin and then it gets better or worse depending on what you eat. I heard people having success applying anti-fungal creams on the spots or apple cider vinegar as it also has some of these properties. Hope that helps.take care,

Thanks for your email. Seems like my eczema problem is slowly clearing. I am now on PUVA treatment and taking probiotics and flax seed oil as supplement on top of trying hard to go on a vegetarian diet. The itch is not as intense as before but still present together with tingling (pain) sensation.

Good morning. The blistering became so bad that I ended up at the doctors office and had to get some very expensive creams that seem to be working. I'm still trying to watch the foods that I eat and I am wearing gloves constantly. I like the orange trick by the way.Thank you for all of your help.

We have gotten rid of eczema from my sons hands and other areas by first applying salve (Raleigh) brand ointment a thin coat then on top of that the (grahams brand) calendulis plus cream on top nightly. This by far works better than anything or brands out their. I have tried everything. His skin has thickened to a normal thickness, no cracks. His hands look normal now. He can even skip days with no quick flare up. Try it it really works
