Hi * admin *, Thanks for your reply. I have a few more questions. Did you ever experience poor bowel health (IBS like symptoms, poor bowel movements) while going through your leaky gut/bad gut issue? Also, do you know if antihistamines (such as Reactine) feed bad gut flora/ should be avoided? I can't seem to find any information on it online, but perhaps you might know.
12th October 2015 10:30pm
* admin * says...
Hi Stefan, yes I had some IBS symptoms when I was eating foods containing gluten.Regarding your second question, I don't think Reactine feeds bad bacteria or yeasts in any special ways. They all need carbohydrates, it's just a matter of allowing your body to set the right balance of individual bacteria and yeasts in the system.

Hello * admin *,
thanks a lot for sharing your experience with all of us. I have been suffering from this type of eczema during the last three years. The last winter (4-5 months) I managed to get completely rid of it (even my cuticles back again) but when the summer came it all started again without making any change in my diet (I eat organic, vegan, lots of veggies and the best balanced diet I can). Have you experienced this also? Thanks a lot!

1.) Don't use any creams, you need to focus on the diet and get confidence and motivation that the solution lies there by seeing the improvements. 2.) After using my described routine for about 6 months, I can eat anything now and don't have any type of eczema anymore. Got rid of dandruff too.

Hi George,
yes, my girlfriend and thank you:)I'm glad you shared your plan with us, please make sure to come back and update us on how it went after some time. I really think that most eczema get worse especially because of toxins and heavy metals in our bodies, which is then detoxified via our skin. Chlorella is said to solve exactly this issue.

Hi George, thanks for the keep up! If you see no change in the next 5 days, I'd advise you to really focus on what you eat as that's what mostly causes the eczema and because of your damaged gut flora. Don't eat gluten foods, milk products and quick sugars on minimum. The best thing would be to later also try the intermittent fasting I'm describing in my routine to speed up the healing process.

The thing is that it depends on the specific brand you buy. I took it exactly according to what the instructions said. There were these small green pills and took about 10 a day the first 2 weeks.
The cod liver oil I took it 2-3 times a day..

Hi Bon,
Fucicort is part a local antibiotic and part corticosteroid. It helps to suppresses the immunity reaction of the skin, kill bacteria, etc.. and thus reduce inflammation but doesn't cure eczema. You need to cure your digestive system as I described in my routine, hope that helps..

Hi Debbie, regarding the dosages, stick with what is written on the products - both 2-3 times a day.I would really focus just on healing your inside. ALthough it's true that for example ACV has some positive effect when soaking deluted. Also rubbing tea tree works..

Unbelievable! I had researched SO MANY sites to resolve this and finally something is working! I stuck to only natural whole foods (nothing processed) and took the chlorella and cod liver oil as you said. also drank kefir occasionally. Hands are clearing up much better than anything else tried. Water on hands used to make the flare up worse, but recently tried it without any moisturizer and no reaction, so I'm hoping this is finally it! will update again!

Hi Jon, as I rarely drink any coffee, I cannot tell from my experience how it affects eczema in any way. But if I had to guess and based on what I've read so far, it's better to limit it. I highly suggest you to try some intermittent fastings too, you will see that your eczema subsides and you'll gain confidence that you can really get rid of it..

Hi * admin *! i just would like to ask the best time frame you did when you fast? Thank you!
14th March 2016 7:53pm
* admin * says...
Hello Maine :)
there is actually no best time frame. You simply need to choose what is best for you. For me it is eating from 6pm till the midnight as I wake up at around 11am and simply my lifestyle is shifted towards the night.But for people that wake up at 7am and go to sleep at 10pm, it's maybe better to eat let's say from 10am till 4pm. Or if you know that you go to a gym that day, adjust the eating time frame so that you eat about 1-2 hours after the training.

However, vinegar soaking can be an additional help in some cases.

Hi Karen,
yes my hands got swollen but only a few times. I noticed that if I ate a lot of garlic in the evening, then at night when I went to bed my whole hands were totally redish, itchy and swollen. Garlic is great, but I would probably advise to avoid it when you have eczema.

30th March 2015 2:28pm
* admin * says...
Try to avoid steroid creams as much as possible. In my point of view, they don't cure your eczema, only suppress the immunity reaction of your skin to toxins and yeasts that your body wants to get rid of via the largest detox organ - which is the skin. That's why it works so well, it will efficiently suppress the symptoms, but will not cure the cause. Try to avoid gluten and eat less milk products.

Hi Kanwal,
the way I cured my eczema on feet (which was a different one from the fingers on hands), I just put my feet in a pot with mixed water with apple cider vinegar for 20-30 minutes. It killed the yeast (this type of eczema is actually a yeast/fungi) and small scabs created. No redness or itching since then. Hope that helps. Please let me know how it worked on you, thanks.Regards,
