Hi, probably already mentioned but thought I should add that LAVENDER 100% PURE ESSENTIAL OIL is a fantastic treatment for eczema, I apply a drop undiluted to the area and it is cleared up within a couple of days. I will add that eczema is generally a sign of a deeper health issue that should be identified and treated but this is a great remedy to get you by while trying to find the trigger.

My son (8 months) has been struggling with eczema since he was about 3-4 months. We believe it has to do with food allergies, since we seen an allergist and his test came back positive for allergies to cow's milk, eggs, and grains. I have eliminated these foods from my diet as well since I'm breastfeeding.I believe that it is somewhat better, but too early in the game to tell. I myself had an outbreak about 2 years old all over my face and on my hands. It was not pretty and it kills me to see my baby go through it. I have tried many products such as Eucerin cream, Vaseline, some homemade stuff with calendula flower i bought at a bazar, bathing him in different flowers but it still comes back. The only thing that helps when he gets a bad outbreak is the steroid cream, but I know this stuff is harsh for his skin. My question is should I be avoiding the foods that he has an allergy to? I have gotten different answers from his gastro doc and allergist. Are there any remedies safe for babies I can try? Can it be his environment thats causing the eczema since he was doing much better when we were on vacation in Colorado (we live in NY) Thanks for the feed back.

Most recent studies show that practically everything is influenced by the type and amount of certain bacteria we have in our digestive system..these are inherited and also change adjust during life. Sheep kefir is so far the best I found to go the route of improving the right gastro-intestinal bacteria balance. However I need to say that you should ask your doctor about it and if your child can drink a sheep kefir.

Hey * admin *. I have been suffering from dyshidrotic eczema for at least four years. I also have some eczema on my back and behind one of my knees. I have this eczema on three of my fingers on my right hand and on the middle finger on my left hand. I saw your improvemnets online and I feel motivated to try your method. So far, its been six days since I have not used any topical steroids, intermittent fasted, cut out dairy, gluten, and eggs, and drink ACV three times a day. This method does wonders in my weight loss as I lost nearly ten pounds. I have seen my ring finger on my left and my middle finger on my right clearing up with minor breakouts. However, on my middle and ring finger on my left hand, I have seen it getting red and breaking out again. My index finger is the worst as this breakout is spreading and oozing. I would like to know if this is part of my recovery process because this new breakout is discouraging me a little it and if there is anything else I can do to improve this method. Thanks a lot for sharing your knowledge and giving me hope to finally fix my issue.

The reason is that even though I think it really helps, I found out that people need a very simple routine so that they don't get overwhelmed and actually apply and keep up with my routine longer. What you see in the routine now are the crucial and simple steps that anybody can follow and give it a try.

Hi there,
it must have been some my of SEO consultant that I hired before or some automated bot as I don't do this stuff..sorry to hear that but I think you shouldn't be worried about having your images copied as I noticed that it's actually very normal behavior in Pinterest - people just spread out images more - you can never stop it and I think Pinterest actualy owns your images right after you upload them..the same happens with your facebook photos - they have in their policy and terms of use that whatever you upload they are basically the owner of that - it's at least what I heard and I understand from it - but I'm not a lawyer.

Hi * admin *! Long time no see!
It's been 7 months since I last wrote you. I still do intermittent fasting, it just became a part of my routine and I cannot live without it anymore.
Well, let's talk about my hand. It is 100% CLEAR. I'm gonna say it again: CLEAR!!! Even that thinned wrinkly skin is now totally normal!
Your protocol works so greatly that I even made a blog in Portuguese with the information I learnt from you. And now I am the main member of a Whatsapp group to support people in Brazil w/ dyshidrotic eczema. We already have 3 girls reporting a huge difference since they started your protocol.
* admin *, you don't have a clue on how much your website had a positive impact on our lives! The information you provide here not only cured my eczema, but also changed my whole way of thinking. Food is really the best medicine.
I really pray that all the positive things you did to our lives here in Brazil may come back to you 3 times more! I believe that all the good things we do to other people have a positive impact in our lives and you really deserve all the best!Once again: THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I will never thank you enough for being a light of hope and being like an messenger sent by God to bring me the healing that I needed. Thank you * admin *.To all those reading these lines: this protocol REALLY WORKS if done strictly TO THE LETTER. I'm a living proof of this.

Hi Albertina,
you are never bothering me, I like to help. Don't worry about the kefir, just make sure that you eat more foods that contain probiotic bacteria, for example in Thailand you should have an easy access to yogurt, tempeh, miso, kim chee and natto. With kefir or yogurt, I'd like to point out that first it's good to find out if you are not allergic to milk. Just do a simple test of not eating anything containing milk for 3 days to see if your eczema improves.

The main thing on the protocol is intermitente fasting and cutting out gluten, dairy, sugar and processes food.

Hi * admin *, I know you've recommended eating apples to help with eczema, but do you know of any other fruits that are quite helpful as well? And also when you said you ate chicken (cooked without oil), would you season it with salt and pepper? Or do you recommend another type of seasoning?
I've started implementing your routine a couple of weeks ago but have found it hard to remain strict with the foods due to birthday dinners etc. I have however avoided dairy and gluten (some gluten sneaks up on me through foods that I don't expect to contain it). My eczema has improved quite a bit and I can't wait to see more improvements when I get stricter with my diet. I also saw a huge improvement in my eczema when I barely ate one day when I was sick. Definitely going to give the fasting a go too!
Thanks for all your insight! My dyshidrotic eczema has been making me quite sad for some time now.

Hello * admin *, I just came across your blog today, its like hope to me, I have Eczema since high school, I'm really embarrassed when it comes to social event or summer! I'm going to follow your routine tomorrow and see if it will cure my eczema. Btw I cut off steroids two days now, I'm scared after seeing all the "healing crisis" that some bloggers went through, but no pain no gain right? Oh and I have some questions I need to ask:
1. Can I eat kimchi? I heard that it's helpful. What's about mocha (Japanese green powder tea).
2. I bought probiotics, should I eat it right now or after my leaky gut is healed? Also fish oil and flaxseed oil supplements, does it work?
3. Have you been through healing crisis, what can you do during the healing crisis, especially at night when you get very itchy and can't sleep?
4. I know it takes time to heal, in my situation right now, I have no clear skin, all red patches through my legs and arms almost the whole body and with oozing, but what kind of cheap food or juice that can speed up my injuries?
Hope you reply soon, cause I'm starting your fast diet advice tomorrow! And thank you for writing this blog!!! You gave me lots of lots of hope!!!!!

Hi Albertina,
sorry I'm replying a little later as I haven't noticed your message.
1. Yes, kimchi and most fermented foods are especially useful when healing your gut. Mocha should be ok too.
2. Probiotics, fish oil, etc. also help especialy the notorious cod liver fish oil - I'd just point out that make sure to keep oils in a dark bottle and in a dark cold place - I'd actually recommend to refrigerate it after opening. The thing is that these oils are quick to oxidize and can even start to be harmful if they are spoiled.
3. I don't really remember any healing crisis actually. I've done a lot of tests with foods and acctually they were sometimes real crisis as for example when I wanted to know what effect would have garlic on my eczema - I ate like 15 cloves I think that day and when the night came my hands were so itchy like never before - totally red, swollen and itchy I didn' really sleep that night. So whatever it was, I found out it's best to probably avoid garlic as it probably fights too much and thus your body releases a lot of histamine (especially at night).
4. To speed up the healing, you simply need to work on getting your foods and diet right so that no new injuries come up. Our body can heal very quickly, the reason why it doesn't heal is becuase of a bad diet. Also don't wash the eczema parts of your hands with soap it really makes it a lot worse and more itchy and dry.Just follow my routine and if any questions, let me know!

Thank you so much for the reply * admin *, I have one last question, about the intermittent fast, I just started today, like the post you said just one big breakfast, in my case I drank juice, how long should I do this fast? Can it be for a long time?
6th November 2016 3:19pm
* admin * says...
Albertina, when I say 1 big breakfast I mean that you'll eat within a few hours from morning till midday all the food calories you would eat during the day. The important thing here is to eat in smaller window periods and have longer time to repair your gut - let it rest till the next morning. You can also read something on the internet about intermittent fasting to better understand it and its benefits. With my model of intermittent fasting I was practically not eating less, I was even going to the gym and doing mass workouts as always - the only difference was that I was eating only from 6pm till midnight.

So I was suffering from this excruciatingly disturbing condition for a month and half until I visited this miraculous doctor last month. She prescribed the following to me that showed ten on ten results in just 4 days! She asked me to follow this regime for a month. Today is only the tenth day and my hand skin is new, healthy, soft and shiny. All the red, painful, itchy patches and bumps vanished. I guarantee that you will thank me later. I obviously googled the condition and carried out an extensive research including all the blogs and everybody had been prescribed some steroid creams, etc. by their docs. So I specifically enquired with my doc if her prescription contained steroids. And they don't! So the results remain permanent with very slight scope for relapse which may be treated with this again. So here goes:Arovit (chewable vitamin A tablet)- 1 after breakfast and 1 after dinner.Simrose 1gm- 1 after breakfast.Zyrtec 10mg- 1 after dinner.Uprise D3 60,000 IU- once in a week, choose any one day.Cetaphil DAM cream- Moisturiser in the day time.Pasitrex-C ointment- Apply before bed.Cetaphil bar soap- To wash your hands.

Hey * admin *. Thoughts about chlorella vs spirulina? Thoughts about cod liver oil vs flaxseed oil (allergic to fish over here)? Thanks!!
25th April 2016 1:12pm
* admin * says...
Hello, both are superfoods, but Spirulina has a higher percentage of protein and iron, as well as all eight essential amino acids; potassium; zinc; calcium; vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6 and B-12. and doesn't require an expensive process to break the cell wall to make it digestible for us.On the other hand Chlorella can bring more important effects and a lot faster because of the huge amount of chlorophyll (due to its dark green color). Chlorophyll is the important substance that is extremely powerful to kill pathogens and detoxify you from heavy metals, etc. as it has a free molecule of oxygen, which binds to pathogens and heavy metals, which then change their structure. In the case of pathogens it simply kills them. This process is called oxidation and is a process, which our body uses also naturally to do the same things every second - kill pathogens and detoxify the body.In fact, the heavy metal binding power of chlorella was first discovered in the mining industry. Mixed with water, they pumped chlorella into mine shafts to collect the residual metals after bulk mining was completed.

Hi * admin *! Hope you are doing well. It's been exactly 1 month since I started your protocol and... I have no words enough to thank you enough! For the first time in 6 months I have my right hand clear and free from eczema, with no need of moisturizers or steroids.
Actually on the day I found your website, I was feeling so helpless (because all the doctors were just unable to find a cause of my problem) that I sincerely and humbly asked God to help me find a way to cure my hand. As I returned home, searching for more information on dyshidrotic eczema I happened to find your website. It was the very first time I read something about "leaky gut" and it made sense to me. So why not give it a try?
As the days and weeks passed by, I could see the improvements not only on my hand but on my overall - no more migraines, sugar cravings (which has always been a struggle), fatigue, PMS or mood swings. Now I don't even need coffee or tea to stay awake.
Your program not only helped me getting rid of eczema, but also made me a better person - for real! Now I feel so thankful to God for letting me be a new refreshed person free from the bad food cravings I used to have for so many years. And of course, I am very thankful to you for sharing these precious information on your website. God only knows how you helped me.
I pray to God that He bless you and your beloved ones much more than you have blessed me through your website.Best wishes from Brazil

Hi there, the thing is that people have a very underestimated ability to selfheal if you let your body do its job. That means giving it bigger breaks between foods and not eating food that continues to damage it. It's like a cut on your skin, if you let it be it will heal, but if you keep picking it, etc. it can get even worse, infected, inflammed, etc. Plus if you eat the foods I recommend in the routine, you'll speed up the process.

OK f, thank you for sharing your experiences, also make sure you follow the other advices I give in my routine. Regarding kefir, you can take a water kefir..also try to eat something else that contains probiotic bacteria like sauerkraut,et ..and regarding the sheep's milk - the casein - milk's protein, is different from cow's milk protein and in kefir there's practically no lactose. That means that even people with intolerancies can drink that most of the time.

Hello faeruq,
the best thing is actually not to base yourself at informations such as some people cured it in 6-12 months, etc. I believe it can be cured a lot sooner if you really put my advices in the routine into action.Regarding the time when you can eat dairy or gluten again - after you have already started with my routine, you'll see the way it works on you - everybody is different. After some significant improvement, you can have some break and eat a pizza, etc. The strict diet is important especially at the beginning so that you can really see some great improvements and gain confidence that you can heal it - that's the most important thing.

Hi * admin *! How are you doing?
Today is my 14th day on your program, so just ended week 2 and starting week 3. Do you remember when I told a few days ago about the itching and flare up on my finger? It seems like it was what people call "healing crisis" - symptoms worsened a lot for 2 days in a row, but on the next day it started to heal and the remaining patches are visibly shrinking day after day!!! It is unbelievably AMAZING!!!
But I must emphasize that I stopped moisturizing my hand with OTC creams since last time I wrote you. Now I am convinced that the chemicals on moisturizing creams delay the healing process by making skin "sluggish".

Hey * admin *,Thank you for your dedication to this site.I am currently experiencing dyshidrotic eczema. Three fingers on my right hand (which completely pulled back my cuticles), face, left arm (the whole arm), and patches on my thighs and back of knee.I have had this before but didn't know what it was. The first time it went away because I was on a raw food and juicing diet. Just recently it came back and with a lot of force.I was hoping to skip going raw again and the juice cleanse but it seems that it will be a must to clear all of this up. I read your routine seems like you broke it down as Chlorella, Olives, IF, and Kefir being the most important part.Anything else you can tell me to ease the process?Thank you

Hi Angel, no, there's nothing more to say, the recommendations in my routine are really the ultimate thing I've found so far to work for me and my subscribers. I'll just tell you that it seems almost funny to me, because I had my eczema EXACTLY on the same places as you described, alhtough normally not on all of them simultaneously. In summer, I had a few small pathches (diameter 2-5 mm) also on my chest, shoulders and back. I noticed them as I'm always very tanned and they showed up as lighter spots with less tan color.Sometimes I noticed that the process was first a mild itch a few hours, which I didn't really pay attention and then there was this light spot on my skin in a few days. However, normally I didn't even notice any itching and just directly the white spots.

Hello Zeko,
your diet doesn't sound bad, but I would really avoid salmon for now as nowadays it's loaded with heavy metals and toxins as it is a big and fat fish. Just add the intermittent fasting, kefir and olives as I describe in my routine and you will see quick results within days!

Hi Faruq,
nothing is just black or white. It didn't came back, I just got some reaction on the skin but it was far different and went away within days. It takes time to completely change the microflora so that you have no reaction at all - in the gut you have about 100 trillion bacteria working in a balance for you.. it's been a few months already that I can really it anything and my skin stays clean.

I used to have migraines and fatigue since I was a kid, but after a week fasting daily, my energy levels never felt só high!My hand still have a few blisters only on the patches where skin is still thinned by the use of corticosteroids. Hi * admin *, how are you doing? You had previously warned me that during the healing process there would be days where eczema will get worse and... I think this day had came. This morning I woke up with the unhealed patch on my middle finger itching like crazy, oozing and swolen. Do you think this a sympton of TSW (topical steroid withdrawal)? If not, what about applying just a thin layer of TS on it just to get rid of the itching? Or will the TS slow down the healing process?
Sorry for so many questions, but I'm kind of desperate right now

Hi Fabiana, I'm great thanks. Regarding the itching, it can be so much things that might cause it (maybe you ate garlic, or some parasites died and released toxins or just increased histamine levels in your body for some reason, etc.), but the best thing is that it doesn't matter and you don't need to try to understand it. Just make sure to follow the advices I gave you and believe that it will heal the eczema. For an acute itch relief I would eat like two apples. And you can also try one thing that one of my subscribers (Shawn) said that helped him. He had an eczema on his fingers and when he was steam ironing his shirt some of the steam hit his fingers. He felt a feeling of relief for a moment, then decided to let the fingers get steamed to the point where he almost couldn't tolerate the heat, then did it again right after the fingers cooled off, about 3 times total and the next day it was mostly all gone and 2 days later he did it again and it was completely gone with no sign of it even ever been there back to normal. It can possibly work as eczema is a mix of bacteria, yeasts, parasites (dermatophytes), toxins released via the skin and thus inflammation (increased histamine levels and autoimmune reaction of your body). I would just say that I put that here for an informational purpose and it's at your own risk. Please be careful if you decide to try something like that and make sure to hold the iron far from your head!

Hi Zakariyya, you're welcome and thanks for getting back to share your experience. Regarding my cured allergy to nuts, it's crazy to me, I stil cannot believe it, will have to test it more times.1. I never tried taking any specific Glutamine supplements, but I heard from good sources that if you decide fo it, then go with L-glutamine 12-20g, anything under 10g is probably just a waste of money. Regarding the best brand, I heard that you should go with this Thorne one.2,3. From the time I implemented intermittent fasting, my eczema cured completely probably within weeks. Then I noticed that if I was in Spain and also ate gluten and junk food from time to time, I didn't get any eczema, but when I visited my family in Slovakia for a month, and ate more of gluten and processed sugar stuff, I got some mild reaction on my fingers, which I removed immediately if I did intermittent fasting for a few days. I'd say that eczema is an autoimunne reaction where histamine sensitive areas get irritated by a group work of toxins, bacteria, yeasts and parasites, which are more active in an unbalanced digestive system. So there may be places where you are more sensitive, while your gut is not completely cured. However, thankfuly we already know that no matter what, even a simple intermittent fasting removes eczema and together with Chlorella and probiotic bacteria with probiotic yeasts in huge amounts - like in Kefir from a sheep's milk(has a better tolerated casein than cow's milk), it's like a miracle.

Hi Fabiana. Recently, I was writing to one of my subscribers, what I currently think is the most efficient way to get rid of eczema and other ilnesses, so I'll just copy and paste it here:The intermittent fasting is crucial to allow your digestive system to heal. The reason why you get this eczema is because the balance of good bacteria and yeasts in your gut is broken and thus a lot of the following bad things happen: gluten and other irritant foods can further damage the lining of your intestines even more and thus undigested particles get to the blood stream and filter out via your skin, where they cause autoimmune reaction of your body and at the place of currently more histamine rich areas, it gets inflammed. Together with yeasts and bacteria it creates something which is called eczema.Solution:
1.) To repair your digestive system even quicker do this: Buy the most quality bio kefir you can find, preferrably from a sheep's milk and drink half a liter of it after fasting for at least 16 hours. Do this everyday for at least a week.
2.) Drink 3 times a day 2 spoons of a raw apple cider vinegar in a glass of water.
3.) Eat in food at least 2 spoons of bio coconut oil per day.
4.) During this period don't eat anything with gluten and try to also avoid potatoes. Both damage the intestinal lining pretty bad and thus delay your improvement even more. Chlorella has a lot of exceptional positives, but you have to do more than that to really cure your eczema. You need to completely replenish your gut's microflora. The best thing to do it is to do the first step I mentioned above. You simply need to supply your gut with trillions and trillions of the good bacteria and yeasts to step by step correct the wrong balance that it's there now. The bacteria has to be in the best live state and in huge amounts - that's why you need Kefir. The gut is like a complete universe - 90% of the amount of cells in the body are there. I'd say that practically no probiotics sold in shops can come close to do the job necessary.

Just one thing, don't get discouraged if you have days where your eczema gets a little worse, because now you know that you can control it whenever you want just by applying my advices. Gradually after time you will get rid of it completely.I don't need to take any chlorella or do fasting anymore. My digestive system is repaired and I can eat whatever and whenever I want. I even noticed I probably got rid of my allergy to wallnuts and hazelnuts as last 2 times when I tried to have a piece of a chocolate containing them, I didn't have any reaction to it which was the first time it ever happened to me.

Hi Lee, corticosteroid creams like Fucicort are not supposed to cure but only suppress the symptoms. Here's what you should do:
1.) Try to eat more fermented foods like Thua nao, Atchara, kefir, suercraut, etc. whatever you can find in your country.
2.) Do intermittent fastings - eat only within a smaller time period of the day - for example from 6pm till midnight.
3.) Drink 2 spoonds of the Apple cider vinegar diluted in a glass of water - 3x times a day.
4.) Eat in your daily meals coconut oil - at least 1 spoon per day.
5.) Avoid gluten foods for now - so don't eat bread, baguettes, etc. till your eczema gets cured.Let me know how it goes after you tried this diet for about 2 weeks. You should see the difference within days!

Thank you so much for posting this information * admin *. There is so much useless and frustrating information out there on this topic and it's been very refreshing to find info that deals with the SOURCE of the problem instead of topical band aids. Which do you think is more important? Gluten free diet or the rebalancing of gut health approach through supplements and diet. I'm sure they are both a similar in design but just curious. My father said that his eczema improved greatly by just going gluten free but I'm wondering if it was secretly more about his gut being rebalanced behind the scenes and now it's safe to eat gluten again in moderation.

Thank you Brad for your kind words. Yes, I think that it is about his gut being rebalanced behind the scenes. I noticed that our body can really get out of everything, even of gluten or casein digesting problems - if you give it the time to actually heal - in this case the digestive system. After that you can eat more and more gluten, without getting an eczema reaction as your intestines will drive the toxins correctly out of the body, and not leaking it to your blood stream and detoxifying via skin, causing eczema..

Hi * admin *,I feel like I am an anomaly. My son brought home poison ivy on his clothes back in June 2015. I got it on my hands and from there, I spread the oil unknowingly to my ankles and the back of my neck. I went to the Dr first because months of month later, it was still itching insanely and irritated. I tried a number of things for poison ivy, none seemed to work. First doctor trip - prednisone and antibiotic, which probably messed with my GI tract, but I ate yogurt with live cultures, kefir, etc. Long story short, I have never had poison ivy or any skin condition. But what the poison ivy did was irritate my skin to the point of it turning into dsyhidriotic dermatitis or eczema. I have literally been in hell for 7 months now. I have tried to make my ph more alkaline, I have worked with so many things. I found an organic cream called DermaE - that is all natural and no chemicals and includes neem and burdock and really helps to soothe the itching and is letting my hands heal a bit so that I don't have to use steroid creams. I went through 3 total prednisone bouts, one by shot, two orally. Two different types of steroid creams that did the same thing, work while using it, then stopped after.None worked and after I stopped, it came back full force. Now I will try what seemed to help you. I always try to go natural as much as possible but in the case of poison ivy I went to Dr because it was so bad. Now I am in a histamine cycle and it has affected my intestinal flora I am sure. Thank you for the tips, I am going to make apple biokefir and I am taking more probiotics. If my strange story sparks anything to help, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you again for this blog of yours!!

Hi Heather,
the best thing you can do is to implement intermittent fasting - chose an 6 hours window of the day within which you will eat all foods of the day, leaving you with at least 18 hours of rest, where you digestive system can repair. In this scenario the regeneration process of your body is crazy fast (growth hormone increased by 1500% in women and basically improves anything you can imagine). Eat no gluten, no milk products and no quick(high glycemic index) sugars, there is no way your eczema would stay on your fingers. You need to feel a difference within 2 days on this diet. Buckwheat is one of the best foods I found so far as it complies with all the requirements and can be mixed with sweet or salty stuff. I eat it with bananas, grapes, coconut oil, chocolate (melted in), cocoa powder..etc. and do some variations. Please try that and get back to me to know how it went..

Hi Heather,
thanks for getting back with your experience with my advices. I got new red blisters always especially after eating some gluten foods with high sugar. BTW. also try to drink 2 spoons of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water about 3 times a day. I remember it worked great too. If you drink more of it, it would be maybe also good to drink it with a straw to avoid contact with teeth..that's just if you want to make things 101% correct, according to most people and experts there's really no effect of it on the teeth anyway. However it's literally a magical help for all ilnesses backed up by so many successful stories all over the internet and from my personal experience on eczema, and also cured my girlfriend's urinary tract infection (UTI) within days.

However it's literally a magical help for all ilnesses backed up by so many successful stories all over the internet and from my personal experience on eczema, and also cured my girlfriend's urinary tract infection (UTI) within days.

I will do that, thanks! I have been taking a tablet probiotic and also green powder with chlorella - this is really helping, too. Let your girlfriend know if she keeps having UTI's to get D-Mannose Powder from your local natural food store and use that along with unsweetened 100% cranberry juice! Works everytime and has no taste :)

Hello, * admin *! I found your page about a week ago and I am so grateful that you want to help us. I started taking chlorella, eating less, avoiding eggs and milk products, drinking a lot of water or organic apple juice and I have no blisters since that day. I am so happy, it almost makes me cry... Thank you for your kind heart, I hope that I will never see my eczema again, because I suffered for just about a year, but it was like a hell for me. It used to hurt and itch so bad that I used to cry almost everyday, I was so desperate. Thanks you one more time. I understand that I am free just for one week now, but I truly believe it is gone FOREVER! You just have to believe!

Hi Emilija, thank you for your kind words. I'm always happy to hear new positive experiences with my advices. You are right, the mindset and believe that you can cure it, is the first important thing on the road to success. I'm sure that when you continue this way, your digestive system will cure completely soon. Just don't panic when your eczema reappears in some smaller numbers again, you know that you can now control it and it's getting better and better.

Hi Ryan,
no, I didn't take any steroid creams, I tried it once and I know it works while you keep applying, but it's just because it suppresses the symptoms. Regarding, foods, at least make sure you avoid gluten and milk products while you're curing your eczema. And also implement the intermittent fasting to speed up your digestive system recovery.

Hi,
I was wondering how much sauerkraut would you eat a day? And how long did you eat it until you had a noticeable change in your eczema? Thank you

Hi Anna, I actually didn't use sauercrout to cure my eczema. I tried it as well as other foods, etc. but the way how I got rid of it is described in detail on my routine page.

aah Lee, I'm sorry to hear that..I think you should really try a diet without any dairy products - so no milk, no cheese..try to avoid eggs as well..I cannot really tell you much cause you're under age and so you should always ask and consult things with your parents as I've already mentioned you know..Maybe tell them to look at my routine and let them decide what to do to help you.

Hi * admin *, thank you so much for your page. I just ordered the chlorella and fermented cod fish oil caps. In what quantities did you take them? The regular serving for each per day? Thanks again! Hopefully this dishydriotic eczema will clear up. Only had it this year even tho I've been a well-controlled eczema sufferer my entire life!

I was wondering, have you ever heard of Topical Steroid Withdrawal/Red Skin Syndrome? I am going through it right now and one of the side effects is that I get those little blisters on my fingers that seem to never want to go away. However, that is only a fraction of my problems. I already do about a third of your routine, but I am more than willing to try out the new info that you have provided. I'm just curious to know if you still rely on any sort of cream or medicine for the eczema.

Hi Sue, I have no experience with that cream. I was actually not using any cream, just tried about 2 times a corticosteroid cream, which worked while applying but it doesn't cure your eczema and have side effects. I've been completely clean of eczema and don't need any medicine, creams or any special diet. I can now eat anything, without any worries..

I'm about beside myself with pain and itch with 100+blisters on my hands. I have had problems with eczema before, but now we are missionaries in Haiti and am suffering very much with blisters. I really think this severe case of eczema is from the heat. I've read your site now, and I have a lot of faith in what you've written, but do you have any other ideas for me. We are way at the west end and can't even buy apples out here and I'd say it's a challenge to eat healthy here. The doctors have offered me all kinds of creams, steroids, etc. Should I stop them completely? Is it a good idea to soak my heads in vinegar water? I'm really desperate for relief because this has been going on for weeks. I have 3 young children and a very supportive husband, but it feels like I can't even be a good mom because it's impossible to wash dishes and fold laundry, etc. etc. Awhile ago I was on antibiotics for a bad case of boils, so maybe that's why my system is off whack. I don't know. I am taking good probiotics. Is it okay to use petroleum jelly? Any more ideas, I'd sure appreciate it.

Hi Rose, I'm sorry for your problem, it has to be very difficult in your situation. Here's what I would do in your case:
1.) For the dishes: buy a plastic dish-washing brush with a handle to avoid contact with water as much as possible.2.) When washing hands, if you have most of the eczema on the outer part of your hand, you can wash only the palms and inner part of fingers with a normal ethyl alcohol(!not Isopropyl!). I actually like to do it up untill now. It's very quick and effective, just put a little bit on your palm and then connect your palms so that it gets on the other hand and inner part of fingers as well, and that's it. The great thing about this is that it desinfects very well, and evaporates very quickly so your hands are dry immediately. Just make sure you don't breath the vapors of the alcohol much.3.) In this case of eczema, it only makes sense to use the apple cider vinegar just internally - 1 table spoon in a cup of water and drink it with a straw to protect teeth from the acidity.4.) If you have the opportunity to buy a quality extra-virgin olive oil, use 1 table spoon every day before food.5.) I remember, I had immediately a worse eczema and new blisters after I ate salmon (fishes nowadays contain too many heavy metals) and eggs (a common allergen). Try to avoid these foods and see how it goes.6.) And finally, the most important and most effective part of the cure: Eat only in a smaller window of the day (around 6 hours) - make sure that you have at least 16-18 hours without any food. Just drink enough water during the whole day. For example eat only from 9:00 till 15:00, or if it's more comfortable in the evening (like for me), eat only from 18:00 till 0:00. I keep doing this even after curing my eczema because it has a lot more benefits than you can imagine. And during these 6 hours, I still eat more than other people cause I also go to the gym. One of the positives is that this intermittent fasting increases the growth hormone by around 2000% and speeds up the regeneration of cells.I'm not a doctor so I cannot tell you what to do with any medicine. Hopefully you will not need it anymore after you apply my advices. Be sure to update us here on how it improved, thanks!

Thanks for the reply. The blisters are all on my palms and fingers. This morning I broke out with more blisters just from holding my toddler's sweaty hand.:( I think I'm allergic to sweat and salt water. I get blisters from being in ocean water too. So do you think the diet you talk about would help a person get over a non-food allergy like that? It will be worth a try. What can I use for a moisturizer for the huge blisters that have popped and are drying up and burning like fire? Looks like raw meat. Does anyone know if Vaseline is harmful? At this point alcohol would be too painful. I maybe just need to be patient and wait for the days to cool here in Haiti, but I feel desperate to feel normal again! It's like I have to take painkillers just to shower.

I think heat is always making eczema worse as eczema goes hand in hand with yeasts and bacteria. For moisturizers, people like to use vaseline or jojoba oil. Just keep in mind that the problem is always in your gut, there's practically all the immunity of the body and all problems have roots in the imbalance of yeasts and bacteria inside.
