not really a cream, it's a little bit more complicated than that but don't worry - check out my routine and you'll see what I found to be helpful.
Jaro's protocol works even better when done along with a Low Carb Diet. Combining the protocol + LCD, I didnt have flare ups anymore.
you are never bothering me, I like to help. Don't worry about the kefir, just make sure that you eat more foods that contain probiotic bacteria, for example in Thailand you should have an easy access to yogurt, tempeh, miso, kim chee and natto. With kefir or yogurt, I'd like to point out that first it's good to find out if you are not allergic to milk. Just do a simple test of not eating anything containing milk for 3 days to see if your eczema improves.
The main thing on the protocol is intermitente fasting and cutting out gluten, dairy, sugar and processes food.
OK f, thank you for sharing your experiences, also make sure you follow the other advices I give in my routine. Regarding kefir, you can take a water kefir..also try to eat something else that contains probiotic bacteria like sauerkraut,et ..and regarding the sheep's milk - the casein - milk's protein, is different from cow's milk protein and in kefir there's practically no lactose. That means that even people with intolerancies can drink that most of the time.
I'm doing great thank you. And I'm really happy that you're doing better and better with your eczema. Regarding creams, I don't like them and have actually never used any cream when curing my eczema.
your diet doesn't sound bad, but I would really avoid salmon for now as nowadays it's loaded with heavy metals and toxins as it is a big and fat fish. Just add the intermittent fasting, kefir and olives as I describe in my routine and you will see quick results within days!
nothing is just black or white. It didn't came back, I just got some reaction on the skin but it was far different and went away within days. It takes time to completely change the microflora so that you have no reaction at all - in the gut you have about 100 trillion bacteria working in a balance for you.. it's been a few months already that I can really it anything and my skin stays clean.
My eczema has improved alot. I a still intermittent fasting and I actually like it better. The only thing now, is I am getting small red blisters, larger than before on my fingers. Did you get this as you were healing? Let me know. Thanks for all of your help with this!
no, I didn't take any steroid creams, I tried it once and I know it works while you keep applying, but it's just because it suppresses the symptoms. Regarding, foods, at least make sure you avoid gluten and milk products while you're curing your eczema. And also implement the intermittent fasting to speed up your digestive system recovery.
I was wondering how much sauerkraut would you eat a day? And how long did you eat it until you had a noticeable change in your eczema? Thank you
as you are very young I'd advise you to read and consult my routine with your parents and as always your doctor. Yes, my website is especially about the dyshidrotic eczema and how I cured it..
